Orders and Delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 8-15 business days. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to significantly save on storage and transportation costs, offering you products at a lower price than our competitors while covering the shipping costs ourselves.

Question: The estimated delivery time has passed, where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected time. Unfortunately, delays may occur during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track Your Order. Haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time? Contact us.

Question: Some products are missing from my order, why?
Answer: Since we work with multiple suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: Shipping costs for your order are completely free.


Returns and Exchanges

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days.

Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels still attached. The product must not show signs of use.
A return shipment must always include a tracking code (Track & Trace). The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
As soon as we receive the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 days.

Question: Where can I find my tracking code (Track & Trace)?
Answer: On this page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

Question: The tracking code does not provide any information, why?
Answer: From the moment your package arrives at the shipping company, the tracking code data will be available. Please note that there may be a slight delay between the shipment of the package and the update of your order status.
