Return Policy

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return items, provided they meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service at info@noirme.co.uk within the return period and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return form with shipping instructions.
  3. Return Address:

  4. Shipping: Ensure the return shipment has a tracking number (track & trace) and send the package within 14 days of return approval.

Processing Returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, check our shipping policy and tracking information. Contact our customer service for further assistance.
  • Received the Wrong Product: If you received an incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Document the damage with a photo and contact us immediately at info@noirme.co.uk
  • Changed Your Mind: You may return products for any reason within the return period, provided they meet our return conditions.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation at no cost. If the order has already been shipped, follow the standard return process after receiving it.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method.
