You have 14 days from the day you received the product to request a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, after this 14-day period, we can no longer offer refunds or replacements. The refund will be made to the same payment method used by the customer. Please contact us at info@noirella.co.uk to initiate a return or replacement.
Requirements for refunds and returns:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. An item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts through no fault of our own cannot be refunded.
